Subject: Add timeout to prompt
I'll sometimes start a big install and walk away, only to come back to see CPAN::Reporter waiting at a prompt for me to tell it if I want to edit a report. It would be nice if there was a way to set a timeout on the prompts and after that time it just takes the defaults.
