Subject: Show timestamp of index during updates
CPAN.pm used to show the date of the index file after downloading it. It would be great if CPAN::SQLite added some diagnostic messages about the timestamp of the index files being updated. (So we can tell whether the index happens to be stale.)

Thanks for the suggestion - I've added in the svn version of CPAN-SQLite a message stating when the database was last updated.
