Subject: Install fails on some non-linux OSs due to "cp -a" in install section
Subject says it all really - the Makefile.PL install section includes some "cp -a", but -a is not an option in all versions of cp - eg. not in MacOS X cp. Also I notice that nlpplatform.rc has some hardcoded paths eg. for TermTagger.pl.
