Here's one more mvs 0.31 bug (I have another one to come, I think, I
just never got to reporting them, although I did mention this before).
mvs does not commit to Wikipedia pages with deleted versions. Here's an
example:

bash $ mvs commit -m "A bot test" "User:Mathbot/Deleted page".wiki
Doing commit User:Mathbot/Deleted page.wiki with host:
__LANG__.wikipedia.org and lang: en
When we tried to commit 'User:Mathbot/Deleted page' the server responded
with 'Editing User:Mathbot/Deleted page'. See .mediawiki.errors for
details.
