Following on from my last bug...
In send_by_sendmail(), there's a line:
$p{Sendmail} ||= "/usr/lib/sendmail";
This picks the wrong default. The location is already worked out much further up as $SENDMAIL, so that line should probably read:
$p{Sendmail} ||= $SENDMAIL;
