Subject: Cache/FastMmap.pm missed
While documentation says: This distribution contains a file called Cache/FastMmap.pm, so installing this will be a drop in replacement for Cache::FastMmap there's no such file in 1.16.3 -- Serguei Trouchelle

Ah yeah - I decided that was a bad idea, but forgot to change the docs.
