Subject: heredoc results in an error
I was writing test for FILTER_ONLY code. Heredoc in test gives error: substr outside of string at C:/Perl/lib/Text/Balanced.pm line 70. Text::Balanced 1.95. Problem disapeared after upgrade to 1.97. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net

According to the Text::Balanced change logs, 1.96 fixed trouble with here-docs. The next CPAN release will have an explicit dependency on Text::Balanced 1.97.
