The license for DBI::Dumper is the same as perl. I will update the POD with the next release to include this information.

I was looking to see what terms DBI::Dumper was licensed under, but it
doesn't appear to be indicated anywhere.
Is it under the same terms as perl, that is, dual-licensed under the
GPL and the Artistic license?
