Subject: No way to pass case-insensitive patterns to ignorelist
cpan2dist ignorelist appears to require you provide patterns in the correct case and there is no way to avoid it. Being able to specify qr//i strings instead of just SomePattern would make it much easier for cases like mine where I want to avoid building anything already provided by debian via the /dpkg/available file.

Thanks for reporting. This seems like a useful feature; as of CPANPLUS 0.79_03 all --ignore and --ban options will be treated case insensitive. Cheers, Jos
