Subject: Fails to build with cpan2rpm
Date: Wed, 16 May 2007 16:29:47 +0100
To: bug-libapreq2 [...] rt.cpan.org
From: "Jarrod Lowe" <usvs [...] rrod.net>
libapreq2 fails to build with cpan2rpm, because: 1. The tarball has no directory entry (i.e liapreq2-x.x/) and starts with the first file in the package. This causes cpan2rpm to think the first file is the directory. 2. Makefile.PL calls exec, which terminates cpan2rpm. Replacing it with system fixes this. -- Jarrod
Hi. I've been going through the archives of unresolved Apache2::Request bugs. Are you still able to reproduce this? If not, I'll close this issue as stale. On Wed May 16 11:40:09 2007, usvs@rrod.net wrote: Show quoted text

-- ----- Maybe in order to understand mankind, we have to look at the word itself: "Mankind". Basically, it's made up of two separate words - "mank" and "ind". What do these words mean ? It's a mystery, just as is mankind. --Unknown
