I suggest adding Data::FormValidator to the "SEE ALSO" section. From a quick review the documentation, it appears to cover all the key features of the module and mode. It supports validating params with multiple values, as well as returning error messages.
It may also be useful to include a statement stating the key differences between your module and D::FV, to help people choose.
