Subject: wish: documenting key differences with Data::Dumper
Hello, I have definitely found myself needing to solve the problem that this module addresses: dumping out data structures for debugging data structures. Eventually I discovered Data::Dumper, which is great at this, even when don't know exactly what is that I'm dumping out. I believe a lot of people are using Data::Dumper for debugging as well. So I think it would be valuable enhancement to your documentation to explain the key differences between your solution to the problem and what can be done with Data::Dumper. (And you might also mention in "SEE ALSO". Thanks! Mark

Good idea. I'll add that to the docs. Thanks dude! :-) -Miko Miko O'Sullivan Programmer Analyst Rescue Mission of Roanoke
Still not sure why there is confusion about the differences. I'm doing housekeeping on my tickets, so tossing this one out. Please let me know if you would like to reopen the issue. On Fri May 30 15:15:32 2003, miko@idocs.com wrote: Show quoted text
