Subject: SkipHours, SkipDays used improperly
According to the XML::RSS docs, skipHours is the number of hours for the client to wait before checking for an update and likewise skipDays for days. However, according to the specs for RSS 0.91: http://backend.userland.com/skipHoursDays skipHours is a list of hours (GMT) in which the client should not check for an update, and likewise skipDays is a list of days. The XML::RSS docs mentions that the methods are broken, but there doesn't seem to be a bug report filed on the subject.
