I happened to be using the default install for Debian, which is 0.09,
but the problem exists all the way up to the current version. The
purl.org link used in the %NS_MAP hash doesn't exist. Although feed
readers can still render the feed, it does mean that the feed isn't
truly valid. If the original URL is known, can this replace the PURL one
or can the W3C one be used instead?
