Thanks, I've applied it & modified existing testcases to reflect the precision in seconds and added some tests. Furthermore, according examples were added to all language metadata base classes. Last but not least, scripts/dateparse.pl was updated to reflect the precision in seconds too. 0.29 has been uploaded to CPAN.
