When you try to install Lingua::Stem using ppm you get the following
error, which prevents installation
ERROR: File conflict for
'C:/Perl/site/lib/Lingua/Stem/Snowball/stemmer.pl'.
The package Lingua-Stem-Snowball-Da has already installed a file
that package Snowball-Swedish
wants to install.
