Subject: | make test fails in 02_error.t |
Hi Marc
Thanks for writing JSON::XS - I've found it to be very useful.
I am getting a test failure trying to build the module on Debian Sarge
for the AMD64 architecture.

I added a debugging print statement and it appears that $@ contains:
'Modification of a read-only value attempted at t/02_error.t line 39.
'
Reproducible as follows:
$ perl -MJSON::XS -le 'print JSON::XS->new->decode (undef)'
Modification of a read-only value attempted at -e line 1.
Cheers
