Subject: Vista / Server 2003 - I need Lee Semel (the owner) to configure me as a co-maintainer
Hi Jaye, To make it an official release I need Lee Semel (the owner) to configure me as a co-maintainer on CPAN / PAUSE. There is some general guidance on: http://www.perl.com/pub/a/CPAN/misc/cpan-faq.html#How_maintain_module I've sent a few emails over the last 6 months to Lee regarding the module but have not had a response. You probably know this already but you can get my version and install it by hand from: http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/W/WA/WALSHAM/HTTP-BrowserDetect-0.99.tar.gz Or use it directly on CPAN: perl -MCPAN -e shell install WALSHAM/HTTP-BrowserDetect-0.99.tar.gz I occasionally visit Wikipedia to check for new user-agent strings, and then confirm the results through testing or M$'s support sites etc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_agent#Browsers If you can confirm a Win64 Vista user-agent string then by all means send it through to me and I'll (unofficially) update the module again.
