Hi. This is imacat from Taiwan. I would like to suggest adding
mod_bwshare.so to the @autoconfig_skip_module list in
lib/Apache/TestConfigParse.pm. For more information on mod_bwshare.so, see:

bwshare limit the request rate (and bandwidth) of the clients. This
blocks Apache::Test since Apache::Test does not wait a second for each
test request. (Don't!) My mod_perl tests fails the latter half because
of it.
I attached the mod_perl tests console log in the hope that it helps.
Two simple patch against Apache-Test and mod_perl are attached, too.
