When a time/date string that looks like "2146, 2 June 2006 (UTC)" is
passed to Date::Parse, it chokes, outputting the following on STDERR:
Day too big - 64435 > 24855
Sec too small - 64435 < 74752
Sec too big - 64435 > 11647
It would be nice to be able to properly format times without the colon
such as this.
