Mac temp files in distribution

Hi, I found that your Crypt::IDEA release has some OSX temp files in it's distribution directory: http://search.cpan.org/src/DPARIS/Crypt-IDEA-1.08/ These temp files are interpreted as 'binary files' by various packagers like dpkg, which then refuse to create a package of your release. I notice these files are not part of your MANIFEST either, so they probably got in the release by accident. Hopefuly you can release a version of Crypt::IDEA where these temp files are omitted.
