If you don't have Module::Release::Subversion (from Module::Release::Extras 0.10) installed, then Module::Release 1.13 fails to install because the dependency is not declared and the tests fail. This should be fixed in 1.14. I won't test the example script if Module::Release::Subversion isn't installed.
