Subject: [PATCH] document extra_linker_flags, add extra_compiler_flags as a compliment, plus handle CC='ccache gcc'
I was porting Devel::LeakTrace, an XS module that links glibc, to Module::Build and hit some pain. The attached patch helped with the pain, but it might be tail wagging the dog stuff. -- Richard Clamp <richardc@unixbeard.net>

I've applied this in a highly modified form, because I did some code cleanup of that area at the same time. Can you try the latest M::B CVS on your Devel::LeakTrace? -Ken
