Subject: Lingua-EN-Segmenter should let CPAN/CPANPLUS install dependencies
1. ExtUtils::AutoInstall is a non-core module, so it shouldn't be required in Makefile.PL. 2. It would be much better to simply report dependencies - I don't like that second CPAN/CPANPLUS loads into memory. 3. Due to ExtUtils::AutoInstall, dependencies are not reported with `make ppd` and in META.yml. -- Alexandr Ciornii, http://chorny.net
