Subject: Installing Weather::Com installs at version 0.1
If you within cpan, you run "install Weather::Com", it picks out the 0.1 version of Weather::Com. "install Weather::Com::Simple" installs the latest 0.5.1 correctly. This could probably be fixed by removing all the previous versions of Weather::Com and making sure that all future versions of Weather::Com are in 3 digit format (so 0.5 is 0.5.0).
