I was fiddling with DateTime::Format::Strptime, and I have
the current EU::MM whereas the author of that module doesn't.
For some reason, he doesn't have a newline at the end of his MANIFEST.
When I did 'make disttest', it made a META.yml file, and
appended META.yml to the MANIFEST. Which meant the last line
of the file read:
Makefile.PLMETA.yml Module meta-data in YAML
