GPS::Babel requires Geo::Gpx, and attempts to pass xml-formatted data
from gpsbabel to Geo::Gpx, which Geo::Gpx makes no attempt to parse (and
the arguments that GPS::Babel passes don't correspond to any arguments
documented in Geo::Gpx anyway)
I realize this is the first release, but I wanted to get this into RT so
that other people looking to use it will realize up front that it
doesn't work, at all.
