In running a sample script it appears a method is missing in the package. I installed unser ActiveState 5.6.1. I'm new to PERL. Sorry if this is a simple mistake on my part! Without seeing the code, I can't tell what's wrong. If you find there is actually a bug in Mech, please post it to http://code.google.com/p/www-mechanize/issues/list
