Subject: _requires_ HTTP:GHTTP
when I was installing AxKit, I chose not to bother with HTTP::GHTTP mainly because there was some libghttp.a i need to get from somewhere else. i was told it was optionall and that LWP would be used if it were not there, but now perl Makefile.PL with XSP-Util is balking because I don't have it.

Not a bug. Just a design decision, and you decided to ignore the installation warnings. I'll make a mental note of it though.
