Bug #24043 for UTF8BOM: utf8bom: "Can't locate object method "strip_from_files"

UTF8BOM v1.01 The script "utf8bom" incorrectly calls strip_from_files sub if using the -strip and -dir options. Fix: Replace strip_from_files with remove_from_files.
