Subject: WWW::Mechanize fails tests on my cygwin version

I once emailed you to comment that on my WIN2000/cygwin platform, that WWW::Mechanize failed by spewing binary. You later inquired whether the later version was better. It does not spew binary for me now (thanks!), but it still fails tests. Below is a transcript including "perl -V". I would like to use your module, and I am happy to try installing a bug-fix version by hand. Thanks for your efforts for the perl community. I'm at a disadvantage since I'm not on Windows. Try this, please: Go to the www-mechanize build directory, and run perl -Mblib t/field.t and send me the results. Thanks, Andy -- Andy Lester andy@petdance.com, AIM:petdance http://petdance.com/ http://use.perl.org/~petdance/
