Subject: Russian Character do not render in TOC
This could be simply that the font used to render the toc does not contain the appropriate characters. We should add a property to the propertysheet and xml for the toc font if this is indeed the problem.

I'm guessing this was fixed with the YAML::Syck unicode setting at ~v0.0.10. Without an image of how it is supposed to render (or the ability to read Russian), I can't say exactly.
