There should be an option for turning off DTD validation. This can be
done via a call to load_ext_dtd(0) from the XML::LibXML $parser object,
but there is no interface for that in the Test::XML::Valid module now.
In general, there are lots of simple toggle methods like this for the
XML::LibXML object, and it might be nice to let people have access to
all of them. This would require changing the design of the
Test::XML::Valid from it's current simplicity, but making it
object-oriented (for example) would allow greater power and
flexibility. Just something to consider.
Thanks,
