Subject: SVK 1.99_0[34] won't install on RedHat due to missing Time::HiRes
Apparently RedHat manages to not include Time::HiRes, so you should probably mark it as a prereq. the 05svm-lock.t test fails because of this (but works after you install T::HR). -- Jonathan Rockway <jrockway@cpan.org>
