Apologies for raising a new bug, but rt.cpan.org flatly refuses to let
me log in to add the information to ticket 23712.
Time::HiRes-1.95 fails to install on MacOS X 10.3.9 (Darwin 7.9.0) with
the same error message as has been reported on ticket 23712:
perl -v
This is perl, v5.8.1-RC3 built for darwin-thread-multi-2level
(with 2 registered patches, see perl -V for more detail)
