Subject: 80% of test failures
4 of the 5 "FAIL" reports for v1.20 could be fixed by removing the two blank lines in t/test_manifest - they are caused by laxness in Test::Manifest (any version before 0.95) which passes "t/" as a file to test for these lines. Hugo
