Subject: Moving to Catalyst::Runtime
Since current Catalyst engine is moved to Catalyst::Runtime, is it a good idea to make stub of Catalyst with Catalyst::Runtime prerequisite? It will help a lot when building some module with Catalyst in prereq-list (autoinstalling from CPAN or PPM may overlap newer version). -- Serguei Trouchelle

The Catalyst package is a part of the Catalyst-Runtime distribution, which means you can require Catalyst now, and it will pull in Catalyst-Runtime. However, we prefer that users move to depend on Catalyst-Runtime as we may want to change this at some point in the future.
