Subject: | unable to update PDL tickets |
I've been trying to figure out how rt.cpan.org
works so that I can make better use of it with
PDL development:
- It would be nice to have problem reports
sent to the pdl-porters list for better
tie-in with active PDL development at sf.net
- I would like to update the status of the
many bugs that have been reported for PDL.
Version 2.4.3 has fixed most of them but
they still show up as open tickets on rt.cpan.org.
Pretty scary to see all the outstanding bugs
on RT.cpan.org. Looks like PDL doesn't work.
- Since rt.cpan.org uses the RT tracking system,
it should be possible for the PDL maintainers
to delegate authority for ticket handling as
required.
- I have found no docs on rt.cpan.org but I
believe CSOE, KGB, and LUKKA have full authority
for PDL tickets.
- I'm not sure how to do so but I would be willing
to take some of the responsibility for the
tickets on rt.cpan.org.
After talking with an experienced RT user, he said
the best way to contact the current maintainers
would be to open a ticket. Hope this works.
