Hello Grant, I'm using some of your sample scripts and attempting to compile them into stand alone exe's on Windows using ActiveState's PerlApp utility that I've purchased. I'm running into what appears to be an out of scope variable as a result of using the "Spiffy" module. You can see my thread on perlmonks <a href="http://perlmonks.org/?node_id=583093">here</a>. I tried loggin this bug via CPAN but was unable to login using my BitCard account. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, -Paul
Hi Paul, Unfortunately, this is a bug (possibly) in Spiffy, although I'm guessing he'll point you back to PerlApp, as Windows applications are generally more poorly written than Perl programs. And as Dave said, Spiffy is a base class of WWW::Myspace - not really removable. You can view/report Spiffy bugs here: http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Dist/Display.html?Name=Spiffy On Thu Nov 09 09:47:11 2006, paulsmith@metrocast.net wrote: Show quoted text
