I cannot send reports directly from my machine due to firewall issues.
My current custom-built testing system saves test reports to disk. I
would like to request this sort of feature in CPAN::Reporter.
The config option could be something like "save_report =
/dir/to/save/to". CPAN::Reporter could then use this to write the file
to disk using Test::Reporter's "dir" and "write" methods.
