I'm working on a script to automate retrieving information from http://tools.immuneepitope.org/analyze/html/mhc_binding.html. FF/IE have no trouble submitting the form without a file, but Mechanize doesn't seem to send all the right information needed by the remove server. An example of the response I get for submitting to this form can be seen at http://pastebot.nd.edu/387.
