Subject: Way to include the default MANIFEST.SKIP
When you write your own MANIFEST.SKIP the default ExtUtils::MANIFEST.SKIP is not honored. This results in a lot of cut & code. There should be a directive which says "include the default MANIFEST.SKIP". #!include_default \bmy_addition$

A #!include_default directive for including the contents of the default MANIFEST.SKIP has been added in http://svn.perl.org/modules/ExtUtils-Manifest/trunk/ as revision 8007. After some more testing, I'll release this to CPAN.
