When compiling MIBS with DEVALS like: DEFVAL { { } } or DEFVAL { { some
string } } the mib compiler bombs and fails to compile the mib. RFC2578
states that such DEFVALs are legal.
When compiling V1 traps (TRAP-TYPE) that have a 'value' of 0 (coldStart
for example) the compiler fails to properly parse the trap.
I am uploading a fixed version of Compiler.pm and searching on 'Cris
Shupp' or 'CRIS SHUPP' will show the fixes for these bugs.
