Subject: Older version of RDF-Core causing CPAN to downgrade
Because an older version of the RDF-Core distribution contained a copy of RDF::Core::Enumerator::DB_File with a $VERSION and the latest does not, CPAN.pm wants to downgrade. Package namespace installed latest in CPAN file RDF::Core::Enumerator::DB_File undef 0.02 DPOKORNY/RDF-Core-0.30.tar.gz The solution is simple, remove 0.30 and 0.20 from CPAN.
