It would be nifty if Smart::Comments could be configured to
automatically prefix the package name to debug output triggered in the
### fashion...
e.g. when writing a module, and using a script, both with
Smart::Comments, it can be very difficult to determine where the
output is coming from. If Smart::Comments could prefix the package
name automatically, this would make such multi-level debugging much
easier to implement....
