As CPAN::Reporter is only limited to the test phase, we can leave the
"test" out of the command. It now works with
report Test::Dependencies
and I like it very much.

Exactly. Mine now had the extra tweak to verify that CPAN::Reporter is
installed and restarting with get/make to achieve the state of the
initial attempt.
Watch for 1.88_55 in my CPAN directory. Will upload soon.
