All pods documents may use Pod default encoding (Latin-1 or iso8859-1)
or should declare another encoding using "=encoding" directive (cf.
perlpod).
But the www.annocpan.org Apache server always send a "Content-Type" HTTP
header with "charset=UTF-8". And documents automagicaly converted from
Pod to HTML include an HTTP-equiv header with "charset=UTF-8".

Using Encode may be a solution...
