Subject: Explicit path in cpan.bat
Hi David, "knewt" (Jody Belka) just popped in to #win32 and reported the following issue. I'm reporting it here since I assume it relates to all of our distributions. "the cpan.bat file runs perl without an explicit path. this is not a good idea, as on my system it led to activestate perl being run instead" I guess it should be addressed. I'm creating the ticket so we don't lose this again. Keep up your great work! Steffen

That's a pl2bat problem. I'll push this issue up to p5p. Perhaps we can do some sort of patch to pl2bat before compiling Perl until it gets changed upstream.
