Bug "#1543: installation did not recognize missing MIME::Parser", still does not work. The dependencies for this package are incomplete. To get a good install needs at least: export FTP_PASSIVE=1 cpan Show quoted text

Hi, MIME::Parser and LWP::UserAgent are required for optional SOAP::Lite components (which are installed by default, though). They are no hard requirements for SOAP::Lite, so it's perfectly OK for them to not be listed in the requirements. If SOAP::Lite should ever be broken up into separate packages (which would be one way to solve this), your ticket will remind me of the issue. For now, there's no fix for this. Regards, Martin
