Subject: POD documentation has UTF encoded characters, which makes troff unhappy
The module's documentation is written in Spanish, with all the accented characters included as they came, in UTF8. However, Pod::Man does not correctly translate them into the entities that Troff can cope with (see the first paragraph of Pod::Man's BUGS section). This can lead to the manpage not being displayable under some locales. I am attaching a patch here that fixes the problem.
